able to get as loosely or tightly controlled as the author wishes thats
awesome software.
Really its time to stop looking at the OSes as being the source of these
problems its not. Unix gets worms and hacks and cracks and buffer
over/under runs that compromise your system. You will NEVER have a 100%
safe system that you can never have hit by a virus or an exploit. It is
only the fact so many people are gunning for MS that it is in the news
all the time. But check out (can't remember the site right now because
my brain is toast) the site that i subscribe to that gives millions the
most upto date security issues for all platforms you'll see *nix has
just as many if not more problems the windows. I love Unix through and
through and i personally hate windows servers for hosting because of my
level of comfort with the software and the need for more reboots and
such things but that tis life.
So way to go wma i love you through and through lol. Very odd to see me
sticking up for MS but think of it this way i'm like the guy standing up
to tell people to back of when they start to pick on the "Special" kid
in class lol. They can't help it that they are special. hehe

I would stop using it if it DID have wma support.
wma is the most evil format ever. Why don't we embed vba scripting in
everything so that all media files can be the source of viruses? Why
limit the fun to executables? Let's trigger the vba virus whenever the
file is browsed in Windows Explorer! Let's embed DRM spyware into files
that report user statistics back anytime a file is played.
Now that's fun and exciting.

LOL thats bs, winamp has had a wma plugin to play wmas for years.
If Apple gave a damn they would have too, but its just another snub
which pisses me off and makes me not want to use their product no matter
how nice it is to finally
organize my files. Of course it crashes when i try to import it all so i
have to do it little by little which is a pain in my ass btw lol.
