It's gonna be MONTHS before anything happens, just trying to get scheduled. re: "whatever they use", probably titanium with a teflon liner for the hip cup. HMO is not "hip" enough to go with all titanium yet, unfortunately.
Won't be able to use trapeze or chandelier with the honey for first couple of months until everything heals ;-) . After that, got a lot of catching up to do on fun positions 8-)
Until all the muscles etc. heal, there's serious danger of dislocating and damaging the hip if you do things like bring knee to chest. You are not allowed to bend hip more than 90 degrees, cross that knew over the other leg, etc.
Yeah, pain sucks.
Would prefer it were the wife.
