Bastard Operator From Hell.  It's a pretty old term - I read about BOFHs
on bulletin boards (about other bulletin board admins) back in the
1980's.  Think of the most arrogant, grating, power-wielding sysadmin
you can imagine, and there you have it.  Actually, if you've ever seen
Jimmy Fallon's Nick Burns - Your Company's Computer Guy skits on SNL,
there's your example.
