Tim, I am not bragging about the city government here, which is widely believed to be corrupt and in the pocket of local real estate developers. This perception is reinforced when they try to run roads through national monuments and tell people the bond issue is for road repairs.

I am not talking about the local government, I am  talking about the ballot question that was defeated. 51% of the people voted no. And so now it is not going to happen. Regardless of the support of the local government for this initiative.
