That's pretty cool. I think Phish does the same thing. You can get tons
of their recorded shows on their site.

I don't know how many of you are Primus fans, but whether you are or
not, this is pretty neat.  Primus is touring on their Tour De Fromage
2003 (I'm going to the show on Friday night at the Aragon in Chicago) -
the first set is a selection of songs from all their recordings - the
second is a full rendition of the entire "Sailing the Seas of Cheese"
album.

However, the best part is this:  They're allowing recording of every
show by anyone who wants to AND free MP3/FLAC downloads of the entire
show from a soundboard recording 48 hours after the concert.  That is
just terrific.  I know the show's going to be a blast, and now, on
Sunday, I can get a prisitine recording of the whole thing to burn to CD

(and iPod) and take with me.

I'm glad to see Les and the guys embrace this sort of community aspect
of their fans.  Bravo.
