We actually provide this service. If you are interested in more info e-mail
off list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

This is primarily a service we offer to our client for sending out
newletters to their members, however we also provide the service as a stand
alone service.

Either move to another machine/ip or move the spammers off. The former is
easier.
What I would suggest is to find someone who is willing to work with you in a
mail transfer program. You send them the mail message and the list of
recipient info and they send out the mail. Actually, this sounds like a
fantastic business model and one that can be very profitable.
Certified bulk email - a message must be scanned and certified as non-spam
and will be sent out to a list of people based on the senders preferences. A
solid link to unsubscribe must be included in all messages and both online
and phone support will be needed. With the proper setup and support this
could fly.
Anyone have the seed money to build this? I'll add in my expertise in the
area. :)
