In addition, looking through posts it looks like it may be dependent on
sending client. For instance, I noticed it this time from a message from
Angel, but Angel has sent other messages where it isn't a problem. And
skimming through, I think I saw one where the message had both duplicated
and not URLs, and in that case it looked like it was happening in pasted
text.
