The plane flew within five miles of restricted airspace.
It was not violating the restricted airspace.
If they have a problem with a plane being that close then they need to
review the size of the restricted airspace.
My thinking is (and I think it would be fun to do) is a plane can fly
circles around the restricted airspace all day long while using the radio to
say "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you".
What's next?
