I had a chat with my old friends at Pacific Gas and Electric a few days ago,
when they claimed via "Final Notice", that I owed them almost $200. When I
called and said that I havent been in their territory for almost a year,
they said "oh, well, thats exactly when we "switched systems"), and that
there were a number of billing issues with perople who discontuinued service
around that time.  When asked how much, and when, my last payment was, the
guy claimed not to have the information.  Well, then how do you know how
much I supposedly "owe" if you have no record of my payments?!!?

It's a lovely position to be in... _I_ have to deal with my bank, with year
old bank statements, and call them back (only to wait for another half hour
on hold), to prove that _they_ were in error.

grrrr....

Yea they should be able to keep track of that shizzile
If you had said something at the store though at least youw ould have
gotten your turkey. And then when they say you're a dick go home get the
coupon bring it back and then never go there again.

*shrugs* Sometimes get pissed with a company too because of just 1
person. With sprint i was pretty pissed with them over how the main
manager at the place treated me and then i finally got someone else who
after telling them what happened in passing and saying something that i
would leave come yesterday he gave me 2 months 50% off so maybe just 1
person can give you a bad view on a company that might be pretty decent.
