computers. I can't remember which one it was. Use your NAV Emergency Start
disk to boot from floppy and run from there. If you have another PC that is
running same operating system, update virus definitions then create Emergency
Disk from NAV. Then boot your computer up from Floppy and scan.

Subject: Possible virus
Is there a virus that disables all antivirus packages?
I installed a program, and suddenly my NAV refused to work.
I uninstalled it and now can't reinstall NAV..the program simply closes.
I got a warning from Zone Alarm telling me that something in my system
config was changed.
I installed AVG Free antivirus scanner and that closes halfway through a
scan..it doesn't complete.
What the hell!??
I seem to recall some virus that had this behaviour.
Anyone know what it was called?
