Well, I guess between the months of September to June ...
OTHERWISE it is the BIGGEST destination for horse trainers, owners,
stars and wannabe stars in the US. Saratoga Springs is home to a summer
of Horse Racing every year. The top colts and fillies from around the
world show up to do the "Spa".
People in Saratoga make the money the exist on in those summer months.
The town is packed, traffic is a nightmare.
However, it is a fantastic place to visit during that time if you like
horse racing. Gotta love Ciro's on the backstretch ;)
