Send troops into combat, start a war, and then have your buddies supply
the fuel etc. for that war at more than double the price they can get it
elsewhere,to your own troops.Who's paying for all this? American tax
payers.
Then bar other companies from bidding on contracts regardless of whether
these companies can do the job better for less...at cost to American
taxpayers.
What a brilliant brilliant strategy! ^_^

Oh my goodness!
Who would have thought???
Haliburton overcharged for their fuel and other assistance to poor Iraq!
"WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 A Pentagon investigation has found overcharging
and other violations in a $15.6 billion Iraq reconstruction contract
awarded to Vice President Dick Cheneys former company, a defense
official said Thursday."
"AN ONGOING AUDIT of Halliburtons Kellogg, Brown & Root subsidiary
found substantial overcharging for fuel and other items, the official
said, speaking on condition of anonymity. The problems go beyond
overcharging, the official said, declining to elaborate."
But no matter, they're the BEST for the job....not like those other sucky
companies from countries that didn't agree with the justified and lawful
US attack on Iraq's wicked wicked evil evil Saddam...
