Also
since you're in Virginia, you may want to check the new shelter and
rescue
law. In a nutshell, if you run what can be defined as a rescue, the Dept
of
agriculture can search your entire residence at any time without a
warrant
for any reason. And that's just the starter.
Regardless, since you're in Virginia I can give you the name of a really
excellent exotics vet practice. The one we use is
