So...a minimum wage could be determined between an employer and an
employee.


But hiring white people instead of blacks or coloreds needs to be
regulated by the government.


And hiring all men instead of women needs to be regulated by the
government.


How about paying men more than women? Is that acceptable as a
determiniation between the employer and the employee?
