I can't believe so much time has passed and they are only now doing this
nonsense.
I will have to pay a lawyer to write that letter, but still I prefer to
pay for that. But...arrgghh!
And people sometimes wonder why I detest TSTT's customer service so!
It's because of the terrible experiences I've had with this stupid
company. ANd not for nothing will the government de-monopolise the
telecommunications in Trinidad, because it's a 51% shareholder in TSTT.

I think we went through some kind of thread like this before ...
But ... since laws vary between countries ... I really have no advice
other than maybe find a lawyer who can write up a letter for you,
stating you had at the time contacted them about it, yadda yadda yadda,
but due to so much time having passed, would in no way have retained
payment receipts for those months and that the company would need to
prove without a doubt that it HADN'T been paid. If they were having
problems with their system, that it not your responsibility ...
but what do I know :P :D
Hope you get it cleared up.
Cheers,
Erika
