I remember learning that in design school. I've known a few art directors
that have had visits by FBI and Treasury because they sent art to the
printer that included modified money.

I myself have used money as imagery in art that was critical of government
corruption. There was no intent to counterfeit, but the new Photoshop would
have prevented my from expressing myself.
