zoneedit that's the one I was thinking of.

Now my question. Dynamic DNS

PC at someone's home running an archive repository of information. There is a SOHO router which connects to the ISP. How can I update the WAN IP address on the SOHO router to the host record in my DNS?

I followed up a post to this saying nevermind, but it got lost in the
  mess from yesterday.
Use of forwarding does not work, it has to be an A record pointing to an
  IP.
The client has an account at ZoneEdit, so we changed the nameservers to
go there, then put in an A record to an IP on their server. Which did
  work, perfectly.

  Thanks!

  Cheers,
  Erika
