Practice.
The best technique I've found is to sort them by color first, holding them
firmly in a fan shape with your thumb pressing them against the knuckle of
your forefinger. Then begin sliding them slowly in while adjusting back and
forth slightly to make sure each goes into the proper slot. Then just shove
it all in. It often helps to pull back the sleeve a bit so that it doesn't
ride up and prevent full insertion.
