but the holes aren't in a line.  they go from left to right, but are like, up down up down up down up down.  not a straight line.

  You put all 7 in at the same time.  Cut the sheathing off, untwist the wires, straighten them out, cut them all to the same length, then insert all into the jack simultaneously.  It's even easier than it sounds.

    Hey guys I just got a crimping tool soi can crimp some  ethernet cables.  however i have a fricken hard time getting the individual wires into the modular plugs correctly.  I don't know how anyone can do it!!  How are u supposed to stick one wire in there, keep it still so it wont move, while u do another 7 wires??!!  AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
