Check out the Platinum Tools EZ-RJ45 Crimp Tool.  The wires go through the
connector and get cut off by the tool.  I was pretty good with the regular
tool, but this not-too-expensive tool has upped my productivity and
eliminated errors.  The connectors are a bit more expensive, but, when you
take into account that you don't wind up throwing a lot of them away, they
are a bargain.
