Oh, you really missed out then if you were only catching the highlights.

I loved how he wants to make gay hate a Constitutional amendment. I loved
how he wants to spend federal money on religious programs. (He got really
mad that he hasn't gotten that yet.) I loved how he claimed he was going to
cut taxes, fund a shitload of programs, AND reduce the deficit by half in 5
years. I really loved how when he mentioned that the Patriot Act was going
to sunset this year the whole room stood up and clapped, but when he
finished his point that he wanted to have it renewed that only the
Republican side clapped. And yes, I loved that when he mentioned private
health care as being the best and damn the universal health care that the
camera went to a scowling Senator Clinton who quickly realized the camera
was on her and magically clicked on the fake smile.

But the best part of the show was Ted Kennedy slouching in the front row and
vascillating between laughing at the president to sorrowfully shaking his
head.

The drinking game went too fast though. Impossible to keep up.
