I heard it was Charles Rangel, who may have actually been dead.  
Seriously, not that I blame him.  I was out playing racquetball last
night - I had more important things to do that watch the president use
his full vocabulary of monosyllabic words and gloss over the bald-faced
lies he foisted off on us last year.  Obviously, Rangel did, too.
