Matt-

I used to be a SJMB (Slack Jawed Mouth Breather <grin>).
Had a lot of nasal congestion.
Find I have less congestion after the CPAP.
Think it's improved my whole breathing.
(Up to over 3,000 hours on meter so far!)

Sudafed is a stimulant.
Consider instead rinsing out your nose with a saline mist - cheap at the drug stores.

After the titration (why do they call it that when it has nothing to do with tits?), they did follow-up visits to see how well it was working. Nice.

Good luck.
