I sometimes sleep on my stomach.
And you have to tilt your head to the side,
with or without a CPAP,
else how the heck can you breathe??
I find if I sleep with my head near the edge of
the pillow, the mask and hose can stick over
the edge of the pillow.
Whatever works for you.
Main point: I am getting better sleep than before.
