Are there any banking companies that offer an API for "integration" with
custom built finance systems?
For example, suppose you want to pay all bills. It'd be nice to be able
to click a button in the in-house system that would check the local DB for
all unpaid invoices, send commands to the bank ( preferably via some
Internet based protocol, such as SOAP ), to check to each vendor for the
specified amount.
Due to the nature of financial information, it would be undesirable to
build such a system using cfhttp and regex. If something changed in the
form or interface, the side affects could potentially be bad.
