OK, I've been putting up Amazon links for a while now, hoping for some
sales. Lots of clicks but no books ordered. I just checked the stats again
(I was adding Ben's new book to a banner) and boom, someone ordered
something through my Amazon link. Was it a CF book? A Flash book? Even a
nice porno? Nope. It was a book on economics and a watch. I must not be
doing something right here. Economics and a watch but no CF. It's nice and
all, but really strange.
So here's the stats:
Amazon links - A watch and an economics book, but nothing CF yet (I'm trying
new ads now)
Google links - Small amount of cash. Nice.
MM affiliates - over 1 million ad displays and 1 sale. a bit disappointing
Direct ads to advertisers - good responses (including the other MM ad and
hopefully some new ones soon)

Well, bottom line is that the Google ads and direct advertisers are the best
with MM and Amazon falling way behind. For anyone here who's looking to add
some revenue to their community resource, go google. It's easy to do and
worth it.

Anyone know of any other (tech friendly) affiliate program out there?
