Okay, I am gonna set up a paypal account to accept donations to build my own
country. There will be a website. I will not be in charge of the country. It
will be run by a three member panel consisting of at least one man and one
woman elected by majority vote of the population.

I think you'll need to build your own island and separate yourself from any
