Not necessarily Matt, stay on the list, but first transfer the subscription
to an independent email account, like yahoo. Then subscribe in digest mode
until you have an idea of what the place is like. Then start up the list
again in regular mode.

Gosh, thanks to everyone who has responded and is going to. This means that
my short stay here on the list is coming to an end... I somehow don't thing
MS would appreciate me being on a MM-based list at their workplace.
I think the straw that broke the camel's back was Tim's post about having
