In case someone is reading this thread besides me and Gel, who is obviously not taking it seriously :)

It seems you install international alphabets under control panel, keyboard, language. I have just installed Belarussian on my own computer, and I now have a nifty little En icon in my icontray.

However the computer that is doing this only has English (American) installed. So that blows my hypothesis all to heck. Anyone have any other ideas?
