How about... put a big goofy grin on your face, break the 4th wall and
wink into the camera, then grab the nearest hottie for a smoochfest...
thus thwarting the badguys.
of course, towards the end Magnum did have a bit of a tough-guy streak
going on...He did shoot that Russian fellow out in the woods...
