Gruyere as a fondue sauce. Perhaps we could get Adam Churvis to comment -
our resident chef/gourmand. ;)

Only if the fondue is the good kind, with Emmentaler and Gruyere, and not
cheese whiz. The cheese whiz fondue could be part of the funishment though.
