Yes the spammer uses those random words in an attempt to defeat the Bayesian
filters that are in use.

  Subject: spam question

I keep getting spam with VERY small text at the bottom (unreadable). I
copy and paste it into notepad to see what the words say and they appear
to be just random words . . .

anyone have any idea why a lot of spam emails seem to be including this
at the bottom of their emails?

just curious really. Spam Net seems to be catching most (if not all) of
  it as spam.
