Actually the newest Outlook (with patches) has a lot going for it.
You can restrict all mail to render in ASCII test only (no html)
You can block Iframe completely.
There is a special edition of SpamAssassin for it.
There is an auto-reporting script available that will automatically report all
spam to the respective ISP or via Spamcop.
You can make rules that will actually read the header information, not just the
spoofed envelope sender.
