THEM: after rename it doesn't show the image on part of it (part of what? tiny bit of info but doesnt make sense!!!!!!!)

AT THIS POINT, I STILL DONT KNOW WHY THEY EVEN BOTHER CONTACTING ME IF THEY WONT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG. By the way, these guys a very computer literate. Just kinda slow in the common sense department.
