I am still hosting with them but I don��t want to kill the bandwidth for prunebelly, which is on my account. I find them ok, though their tech support is fairly moronic. If you don��t need tech support they are probably the way to go. I really have no idea how large the files are. We have 12 video tapes of about 15 minutes each, but I would guess that we are really only interested in uploading about half of that. Given my utter inexperience with video, I am not even going to try to guess how big that is. If anyone can estimate, that may make me able to ask a more intelligent question :P
