usually uploaded within a day or so (very often from HD sources).
You may only be able to watch the raw file on the computer (depending on
who's version you download) but you should also be able to recompress to
VCD/SVCD.
Since we watch "Smallville" (Enterprise doesn't much matter to my bride) I
generally get on later at night, download the episode (about 700 meg - a
hour or so on cable modem) and watch on the computer while doing other work
(one of the great joys of dual-monitors).
If you're usenet provider isn't up to snuff you might try supernews.com,
extra.newsguy.com, or newsfeeds.com (I actually use all three at the same
time). To make the process as simple as possible I use NewsPro (
http://www.netwqu.com/newspro/ ): It aggregates multiple news servers into a
single view and optimizes downloads and quotas by splitting the load amongst
many servers/threads.
I haven't missed an episode all season. ;^) Of course WHICH shows are
available is pretty hit and miss - but any "Star Trek" is pretty much
guaranteed to be there.

Thanks. As it stands, I missed Enterprise again. (Of course, it was a busy
weekend, my daughter almost cut the tip of her finger off.) I think the only
way I will get to watch certain shows is if I record em on my PC.
