i found one Brandon hall did called bouncemenu
but the one i am thinking of had an eternal txt or xml file you could edit
quickly to generate the menu...

hey guys!
a few years back figleaf had a free flash widget.
was a horizontal navigation bar that had a little wiggle/bounce to it.
i am not sure if it was a download or came free with a certain version.
if any one has a link to it, let me know.
it pulled the info from a txt file.
