In your opinion. In the minds of these people, they are at war, regardless
of a formal declaration. With only rudimentary weapons at best to use
against a well armed and larger force. It is a strategic decision. I am NOT
condoning what these groups in the middle east are doing. I am simply trying
to say that it may not be that easy to paint them with a broad "terroristic"
brush. The killing of civilians has always been used by opposing forces as a
way to deal with the other sides people. If you want to call it murder,
that's fine with me, but it is still a result of warfare.
