nbc4.com, cnn.com, and a slew of others only to find that everything being
reported is on Irag, murders in DC, rapes, taxes, and budgets. Do we really
need to have a debate on the grotesqueness of images from the war and
whether or not they should be shown as the poll on nbc4.com is doing? I mean
really, we all know how brutal war can be; we need to stop sensationalizing
it! How about we focus on some good for once, geeeez. I know its scarce in
today's world, but surely we can find some!!!!
The more I read about the US being attacked in Iraq, the more I say we need
to take a more radical approach and do one of two things: get the hell out
of there and let the UN run the show 100% OR start shooting anything that
doesn't look friendly and let the yocals get the message that we mean
business and are done being pushed around. the only thing Iraqis seem to
respond to is direct force, so enough BS take control of the situation.
Ugh.
