I've had an idea for a news website for a while now.

I would like to compile newspaper headlines for today, and for 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 years ago, from all over the country (and world if possible)

"A look back" www.alookback.org

I've done nothing on it, but think it would give some good perspective on the world and how we view it.

Wish I had a free hour to start it...

I'll second NPR.  I love listening to them in the mornings; the news
isn't made up of a bunch of quick sound bites.

Good stuff.
