That being said since the page you point out doesn't use the current MM
style or layout I would guess that it's an orphaned page/section or, at the
very least, one that hasn't been updated yet.
The QA folks that I've met at MM have all impressed me tremendously
personally. Like so many things, it's often not the quality of the people
involved by the willingness of management to extend the resources (time and
money) to ensure a good job.
Add to this the fact that we are talking about several thousand, if not
several hundred thousand pages and yes, you'll always find some errors.
In short my guess is that MM has, indeed, hired many QA people, but (like
all companies I've ever dealt with) not enough of them, and those they do
have aren't given the time to do the job right. Still, they don't seem be
markedly any worse than any other large site/company.
