I installed it as a regular drive. And it works just fine.
I also realized something. I delted several directories as I was able to
copy them off the external drive, and now that the free space has gone
up to about 70Gig, which means only about 50Gig is being used, the drive
has started functionining normally again.
Wtf?
Any ideas what the heck happened/is happening?
I take it that although several of you guys use external disks, you've
never come across something like this?
