wanted to know what ended up happening to her. I didn't know if she just
got a face full of mud and it was blocking her nose and mouth or if she
messed up her nose so bad that it was blocking her nasal passages or
something.

I guess I got an underdeveloped sense of humor. I didn't even crack a
smile at witnessing a relatively serious fall that could easily result
in a broken wrist or arm or even more serious injury. I would actually
be interested in some "distilled for the masses" psychology on why this
should cause laughter?
