As long as you have the .NET framework you can run .NET apps. If you are
going to be building the apps you need the .NET sdk which is 100 meg
download I believe. Not sure if anyone has seen this but MS is giving
away a free version of VB.NET 2003. All you have to do is watch  of the
movies on there and rate them. I don't really like VB much but for free,
I did it.
