my first house in Phoenix (actually Glendale...western edge of Phoenix) was
1437 sq feet, (3br/2ba) and was $98,000 ($102k after upgrades). Now, I was
born and raised in NJ where $100k -might- buy you a townhouse in an average
location (not 100% sure on that, as I've been out west for 8 years now...so
i may be a little out of touch with the real estate market in NJ) :)
