of the CF game for a few years and am not sure how to
set up new OS's and CFMX for localhost development.
Previously, on NT or 2k I would install Microsoft
Personal Web Server, but I was not able to find it on
the microsoft site, and so far haven't found where
(if?) XP has web services enabled. I'm wanting to set
up a situation where I can view CFM from
http://127.0.0.0/mysite/index.cfm.
