I'm afraid that I don't favour the "the" in the last sentence. It implies
to me that in this case there ''has'' to be a formula_terms attribute on
the bounds, which is not the case. How about
In that case, the `bounds` attribute of the formula terms variable must
be consistent with the `formula_terms` attribute of the boundary variable,
if present.
or leaving the whole sentence out and moving it to the conformance doc.
I shall re-check and re-post the example.
