Posting a site that lists deadbeats is fine. Posting someone's name who is
on this list is not, even if it's on the basis of personal experience or of
another site's listing them. It can be considered libel. While the list
cannot be sued for this because it's a public forum, you could possibly be
sued.
More importantly, pointing fingers at others on this list may make people in
the community afraid of posting here at all. What if someone on this list
has a personal grudge against me? Should I be afraid that they'll accuse me
online of some kind of employment problem? We are trying to have a nice,
open community here. While I totally accept people giving eachother
information, you have to have a little bit of understanding and control.
