This is true... The caps make a difference here... We were looking for CF Contractors awhile ago (and may be again very soon) and this was a problem then as it appears to be today. One word of caution in working with the boards is dealing with case sensitivity. If you submit a resume through a board for a job you are a perfect fit for and don't hear anything back, take a close look at the job description. If your resume says "ColdFusion" and the job descriptions says "Coldfusion", that may be why you did not get a response from the headhunter. I never considered this problem until a friend of mine told me about it. He thought he was a perfect fit for a job. He got an email from the headhunter saying they had no openings that fit his background. He went back to the web site and saw where the job description said "perl" and his resume said "Perl". He made that change, resubmitted the resume and got the job.
