As a "headhunter" as you like to qualify us all as being, I would like to take a 
moment to point out that the skills are rarely spelled accurately on either side 
(meaning you tech guys are not exactly the most grammatically articulate group of 
people).  I would also point out that most companies hiring internally have their ads 
placed by an administrative assistant or other HR (Human Resources if you are 
confused) assistant placing these ads.
Here are my search recommendations:
CF
Cold Fusion
ColdFusion
Cold Fussion (yup...spelling at it's finest)
I would also suggest using the words "scripting" or "tagging" or "url" in your 
searches.  You might be surprised the jobs you will uncover.
Other good job databases are:  www.craigslist.com, www.mamma.com. www.brassring.com 
and www.flipdog.com
